Prince K had another presentation at school last week. This time it was all about birds.
Some of the stuffed birds (what are they called??) really
creeped me out, but Prince L had a blast running around and trying to poke at all their eye balls. Prince K informed me that he wasn't allowed to do that, and got noticeably upset, but I figured it would be easy enough to find new roadkill for display if needed.
The kids had artwork hung all around the classroom. Fortunately, I got to bring all of Prince K's home with me.
When it was time for the actual presentation, Prince K
clammed right up. It was pretty funny watching him fidget as he was signing, when his friend right next to him was the exact opposite! I guess he doesn't have a future on
Broadway.
The kids made these little birds nest treats that we were invited to eat, but I didn't dare after seeing how many kids picked their noses during the singing alone! But they did look cute, and photo-worthy.
Great job, Peanut, Mama is so proud of you and all you have learned!
