Bowling

Prince K and Prince L loved bowling!  They raced around the bowling alley picking out their ball and shoes.  They couldn't wait to get started!
Just look at that moral support...thank goodness for the gutter guards though!

Prince K was really getting into it, and actually managed to score a few strikes!  Look at that pose...

Neither boy was very happy when I made them pose for a picture - but I have done this same picture for years, since they were very tiny boys, so I had to get one more to add to my collection!

Prince M had to hang out in the backpack, I was afraid I would either lose him or he'd pinch his fingers in the ball return.  He enjoyed his view though, thankfully.

Prince L thought he had a "lucky belly," and he'd lift his shirt to rub his belly every time he went up to bowl.  I don't think it worked.

He had a hard time carrying the ball around, so this is how he would bowl:

I think Galactic bowling is our next adventure - hopefully with Daddy though!

Kickin' Around The House

Isn't it great to always have a brother to play with, anytime you want???

The games they come up with never cease to amaze me.  Oh, and make me laugh.

This is a random pic of our new shower curtain, just for you to see Daddy!  It was pretty funny to see how excited the boys got about such a small thing.  Perhaps they were just being enthusiastic for their mom's sake, but it was cute!

Prince M plays out on the deck every single day while Mama makes lunch, or dinner.  His favorite activity right now is driving around the kiddie coupe cars.  I have no idea what he will do when the snow falls and he can no longer ride it!

Prince L, on the other hand, prefers to throw toys around the deck (because he is a super hero, afterall), or climb on top of the cars.  Yikes!

Prince M will climb in and out of the cars any way he can.  Sometimes he isn't strong enough to open the doors, so he'll climb in the window, or through the back.

And sometimes we need to snack while we drive.

Mr. Brownie has always been a beloved companion in our home.  Prince M has finally figured out how to bounce on it like his bigger brothers, and I must say it's priceless to watch.

And here is a random picture of our little remote control animal... he knows how they work, and loves to walk around with them, but has no idea that we only give him remotes without the batteries.

And no random post would be complete without a video or two of our cute little punk-a-choo.

Corn Maze - Sort Of

Last weekend we attempted the corn maze with the boys.
Unfortunately, the maze was closed, but we ducked under the ropes for a mini-maze of our own.

Prince K and Prince L spent the majority of their time running as far as we would allow them, and hiding between the rows.

There were a couple baby cows in a pen outside the maze, which Prince M adored!

I am beginning to think a calf is in our future.

We then went on a little adventure of our own, wading in a nearby (icy cold) brook.

Well, until our piggies got too cold.

I tried several times to get a nice photo of myself with the boys, but it is easier said than done these days!

Happy fall!

Thpb!!!

Prince M discovered today that sticking his tongue out at people always evokes giggles!  He spent 1/2 an hour this afternoon sticking his tongue out at his Grammy on the ride home from apple picking.

Apple Picking

Our first year ever picking apples without Hubby, but we managed.  I also was able to get a few pictures of the event to share!
Prince K loved the giant apple picking "weapons" (even though Prince L informed me over and over that "weapon" was a bad word).
Prince L was happy picking away until I told him he could eat one, then all he wanted to do was eat, and eat, and eat.  So much for my helper!
Prince M got pretty frustrated with the tall grass.  He is so short that he kept tripping and falling over it!  Once I gave him an apple he was happy again though.
And Poor Prince K had trouble biting into his apple because of all his missing teeth!
After apple picking, we stopped in at the little playground area made out of apple crates and hay bales.  The big boys discovered the joy of the rope swing on one of the trees, it was all I could do to get them off to go home!
We already can't wait to go back next year!

Punk-A-Choo

Heritage Festival

Prince K's school puts on a festival every year where the kids play games, decorate veggies, and celebrate fall.  Prince K and his Boppa spent over an hour decorating their giant zucchinis!
Prince L and Prince M had fun exploring the dog agility course... mostly the tunnel.  Prince M kept dropping his crackers on the way through, but would crawl back another time to pick them back up and eat them.
Look at this boy run - he had fun playing basketball with one of his buddies from school.
Prince L tried hard to shoot baskets, but he is a little too short.
Prince M had fun chasing stray balls around the court, giggling constantly.

Bubbles

These boys had a blast with bubbles this afternoon!
Prince L only managed to get a few bubbles out of his wand, but he sure did try hard!

Prince M had fun walking through the bubbles, flinching as they fell on his cheeks.

Sweet Dreams

Just a little picture to show you how cute our precious little baby.
Every night he wraps his blanket around the back of his neck and snuggles right up to the tail of it.  Snug as a bug in a rug!

Fireworks

Best.  Fireworks.  Ever.
Prince L and Prince M were thrown into fits of tears when the first fireworks were sent.  Both of them managed to calm down by the end though, and may have actually enjoyed some of it.
Prince K snuggled with his Boppa for the entire show, never making a peep.  It was freezing, and I think his little teeth were chattering too much to speak!  Ha!
This may be the beginning of a brand new tradition (not that we need any more)!

Just in case you forgot.
